Exciting men’s 4×200 freestyle relay at the Debrecen 2012 European Swimming Championships, with Hungary and Belgium and others trying to qualify for the London 2012 Olympics. The Belgians had to manage a time of 7:15.65 (12th best time from Shanghai 2012) in order for their country to nominate them, behind after three men had swum but then last man Timmers posted a scorching 1:46.90. Team clocking 7:15.58, seven hundredths of a second under the cut 🙂
